Our basic approach is to view work organizations as socially complex systems, the essence of which is formed by the stable triangle of strategy, structure and culture. Conflict Management & Mediation
Work organizations are socially complex enterprises where people work together along the value chain. Conflicts within the organization as well as with the relevant environment, such as suppliers, customer systems, business partners, etc., are therefore part of everyday business and should therefore be resolved in a future-oriented way. As a civil law mediator (listed with the Austrian judiciary), we help the parties in conflict to resolve them.
